I'm Kari, and I'm a clarity coach, and founder of Sondera Clarity Coaching. I'm also a WILD Institute coach in training, and I'm thrilled to meet you!

Here's a bit about me:

I started my journey in a place of darkness.

I was married at 17 and started attending church, seeking community and guidance. But what began as a search for spiritual growth turned into a journey of suppression. Not knowing my true self allowed the church as well as my spouse, to define me – from the outside in – dictating my worth, values, and identity. I lost myself to their expectations, suffering emotional trauma and pain that would take years to unravel.

This life was shattered on the day I witnessed my partner committing a crime and called police. The ultimate betrayal followed – my church family testified on his behalf and my own family didn’t believe me – leaving my world in ruins. He's now serving time, but from those ashes, my journey to healing and self-redemption began.

My coaching philosophy embraces rebellion against darkness – guiding clients from shattered landscapes to inner freedom and fierce fulfillment. Together we illuminate paths beyond trauma, fear, and doubt to live authentically, reclaiming joy, empowerment, and an untamed spirit!
