I realize there's no guarantee that you and I might have the same sensory cravings, but I wanted to also share links to some of the things I've found especially soothing or comforting as I've become more aware of my own sensory needs. 

For me, I'd rather buy one single comfortable, (fair-trade!) well-made item than a dozen annoying itchy or bothersome things that irritate my skin or my other senses. 

As I've gotten older, I've increasingly committed to just giving the gift of letting myself be comfortable without feeling guilty about it.
