Coach Bren specializes in toxic or traumatic stress resolution through trauma-informed, body-based support for women navigating burnout, overwhelm, stress dysregulation, or neurodivergent sensory overload.
Drawing on neuroscience, somatic (body-based) tools, and insights shaped by decades of cross-cultural and international experience, she helps clients restore nervous system balance, expand emotional and cognitive bandwidth, and resolve the lingering effects of long-term stress—without requiring them to relive painful memories.
Bren's approach blends science and sensitivity, integrating training in neuro-fitness, brain health, and trauma resolution into practical, personalized tools that align with the body’s natural regulation pathways—while honoring a biblically grounded view of wholeness and personal agency.
Clients often describe feeling deeply understood, grounded, and unexpectedly empowered—especially after exhausting more cognitive or talk-based methods.
Bren’s work is not therapy or medical treatment, but a gentle, non-clinical path to rebalancing from the inside out—one that honors each woman’s pace, dignity, agency, and liberty of conscience.
She is also co-founder of Wilderness to WILD™ and the TraumaMAMAs™ mobile app.
WILD adheres to the DSTM (Deceptive Sexual Trauma Model), and ITR (Instinctual Trauma Response) Resolution Model.
Our focus is to:
provide resources for healing and survival strategy
to mamas who are rebuilding healthy solo-parent families and
are protecting their children from further harm,
while navigating ongoing trauma caused by the family court system
after escaping abuse.
We are acutely aware of the additional harm often caused to victims by outdated approaches such as the co-dependent model, co-addict model, and traditional couples counseling when any form of deceptive sexuality or other abuse is a factor.
